This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram: strategize, package, and share, transforming creator footage and product highlights into a consistent flow.
• Cultivate and engage the community, establishing the tone and practices that retain audience interest.
• Serve as the primary voice in comments and direct messages: respond promptly, in line with our brand, and foster connections that convert commenters into users.
• Collaborate closely with our UGC creators to coordinate and enhance their contributions.
• Relay audience feedback (perspectives, concerns, language) to the growth and product teams.
• Fluent in English, with a keen sense for tone, timing, and well-placed humor.
• Self-motivated and proactive: you take ownership of your responsibilities without waiting for direction.
• Experience in growing a social channel or community, with demonstrable results.
• Comfortable on camera and quick to produce content: short-form videos, posts, and replies.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and knowledgeable about personal finance topics.
• Preferred: background in e-commerce or DTC, or experience in coordinating creators/UGC.
