This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of social media platforms.

• Develop and maintain the content calendar.

• Generate and distribute content that aligns with the brand's identity.

• Keep track of relevant trends and discussions.

• Interact with the audience through comments and messages.

• Spot real-time engagement opportunities.

• Handle sensitive topics with careful judgment.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and media.

• Assist in amplifying paid media efforts.

• Evaluate performance and refine strategies accordingly.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and/or community management.

• Prior experience in agencies or fast-paced environments.

• Excellent writing abilities with the capacity to adjust tone based on context, audience, and platform.

• Profound understanding of internet culture, platform dynamics, and online communities.

• Experience in managing conversations in real-time, including sensitive or nuanced topics.

• Capability to quickly identify trends and respond promptly while maintaining brand integrity.

• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in managing multiple workstreams.
