This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will primarily oversee our social media accounts in French and additionally assist with community management across other platforms.
• You will moderate comments, messages, and community feedback on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• You will work independently and reliably according to a mutually agreed-upon shift schedule.
• You possess good judgment, which you apply to content moderation and generating feedback.
• You are prepared to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the schedule.
• Native-level proficiency in French and very good to fluent German, both written and spoken. English skills are an advantage.
• Ideally, you reside in Germany.
• You have at least one year of professional experience in an empathetic, customer-oriented environment (e.g., customer service, social media marketing, or community management).

• You are curious and enjoy actively engaging with our community.
• You demonstrate a high level of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to work flexibly from a smartphone is required.
