Email Marketing & CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Partner with online retailers in industries including cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion.

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the team.

• Establish robust client relationships through consistent check-in calls and close collaboration.

• Take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.

• Create strategies and best practices for email send volume and overall email marketing effectiveness.

• Conduct innovative tests for clients.

• Utilize technical resources to bring ideas to fruition.

• Directly impact clients' growth rates and profitability.

• Work alongside an operational implementation team for copywriting, graphic design, and technical execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM and are eager to enhance your skills.

• Previous experience with Klaviyo is advantageous, but a willingness to learn new tools is crucial.

• You are sociable and approachable; your positive attitude facilitates engagement with others.

• You can analyze data and convert it into creative marketing strategies.

• You are fluent in German and have strong written and spoken English abilities.

• This role is available to candidates located in Germany only.
