This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the entire SMB customer lifecycle — from onboarding and implementation to renewals and growth.
• Mentor a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and lead systematic enhancements in processes.
• Enhance oversight and bolster coaching resources.
• Elevate the overall performance of the team.
• Over 2 years of experience managing a sales or account management team focused on growth and renewals.
• Detail-oriented systems thinker with a preference for creating scalable, repeatable processes.
• Practical experience utilizing AI to enhance efficiency, automation, and minimize manual, repetitive tasks in sales or customer success teams.
• Demonstrated history of establishing repeatable processes for sales and renewal activities.
• Skilled in making data-driven decisions using Salesforce and other business intelligence reporting tools.
• Strong coaching mentality with the capability to guide CSMs toward defined, measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
