This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Leverage behavioral data, intent signals, and industry trends to tailor outreach and focus on specific vertical pain points rather than using mass messaging.
β’ Conduct efficient discovery calls (30 minutes or less) that swiftly categorize prospects into Security, Productivity, or Process opportunities.
β’ Present the platform as workforce intelligence rather than surveillance, showcasing how features like OMNI and Timmy Copilot decrease the time spent on analyzing dashboards.
β’ Collaborate with SMB ecosystems such as MSPs, HR consultants, and accountants to drive referrals and enhance the pipeline.
β’ Proactively tackle privacy concerns by emphasizing a privacy-first architecture, which includes visual redaction and offline recording.
β’ A demonstrated hunter mindset with a minimum of 40% of the pipeline sourced independently, showcasing your ability to generate momentum beyond inbound leads.
β’ 2β4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, data analytics, or HR technology, with the ability to engage in discussions around insider risk, DLP, and ROI with both technical and business stakeholders.
β’ Proficient in utilizing tools like HubSpot and Apollo to implement structured outbound sequences and monitor performance.
β’ Strong demonstration skills with the capability to adapt in real-time based on the priorities of the prospect.
β’ A high degree of ownership and coachability β you assess performance, make quick refinements, and focus on continuous improvement.
