This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Selling sponsorship packages for a range of prestigious B2B events throughout North America
β’ Generating new business by identifying, prospecting, and converting sponsorship opportunities with senior decision-makers
β’ Overseeing the entire sales process β from lead generation and outreach to pitching, negotiation, and closing
β’ Cultivating long-term relationships with sponsorship clients through phone calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions
β’ Customizing sponsorship proposals and presentations to align with client goals and budgets
β’ Managing and expanding existing accounts while consistently seeking new revenue opportunities
β’ Utilizing Key Mediaβs sales methodology and keeping accurate records of the sales pipeline and activities in the CRM
β’ 1β2+ years of demonstrated business sales experience β preferably in events or sponsorship sales, though candidates from media, advertising, partnerships, or similar B2B sectors are also encouraged to apply
β’ Proven success in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals, with the confidence to manage the complete sales cycle
β’ A strong interest in large-scale festivals, entertainment, or corporate events β prior experience is advantageous but not essential
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and present effectively to senior stakeholders
β’ Proficient in using CRM systems and prospecting tools, and comfortable working in a data-driven, target-focused environment
β’ Energetic, resilient, and results-oriented, with a genuine enthusiasm for the events industry and a readiness to learn quickly
