This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement structured outbound campaigns utilizing multi-touch and multi-modal GTM cadences via phone, email, LinkedIn, and approved sales acceleration platforms.
• Manage the complete pre-sales cycle (cold calling, qualification, initial deep dive) and stay on the call to understand the technology and how to close deals.
• Engage prospects in meaningful commercial discussions that reveal the “why behind the why” and assess whether a genuine, valuable, and winnable opportunity exists.
• Clearly convey Quantanite’s value proposition, highlighting how our combination of AI, technology, operational expertise, and human capability can assist clients in addressing strategic business challenges.
• Obtain early access to relevant senior stakeholders and economic buyers to enhance opportunity quality, deal momentum, and win probability.
• 3–5 years of experience in SaaS, AI, consulting, technology-led BPO, CX, call center solutions, or a related B2B sales context.
• Proven track record in outbound pre-sales, opportunity creation, and early-stage deal progression utilizing established Go-To-Market frameworks.
• Demonstrated history of managing a sales or pipeline quota for at least 1–2 years, ideally at a level of $1.2M or more.
• Practical experience with sales acceleration tools such as Orum, Clay, Lemlist, Unify, or comparable platforms.
• Capacity to identify authentic business pain points, comprehend commercial value, and differentiate real opportunities from low-probability leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and economic buyers in a professional manner.
• Preference for experience in a tech-led BPO, call center, CX, AI-enabled operations, or consulting setting.
• Formal sales training is preferred, especially in the Miller Heiman methodology.
• Experience selling to sectors such as eCommerce, Travel & Hospitality, Utilities, and Healthcare is advantageous.
• Occasional travel to client locations may be necessary.
• Access opportunities to sell emerging AI GTM strategies, enterprise transformation projects, and technology-driven consulting environments.

• Opportunity to transition into an Account Executive role within 6 months.
• Realistic high dollar value contracts (1-5M+) are attainable in this field, along with corresponding increases in commissions related to those larger deal sizes.
