SM Proxy Product Owner – Agile Squad Management Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Transform business needs into clearly defined user stories accompanied by acceptance criteria.

• Review reports and analytical results, identifying any errors that require attention.

• Assist in the automation initiative by pinpointing areas for manual process enhancements.

• Draft improvement stories for automated reporting workflows.

• Develop a foundational understanding of funds transfer pricing and margin principles.

• Create test cases and verify the accuracy of profitability reporting outputs.

• Oversee the daily backlog, ensuring that stories are polished and prepared for sprint planning.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep track of dependencies and uphold delivery momentum.

• Propose actionable recommendations for enhancing squad processes.

• Adhere to the Bank's governance, control, and data traceability standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Up to 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Agile delivery methodologies.

• Hands-on experience as a Proxy Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a comparable role.

• Strong grasp of banking finance and management reporting practices.

• Experience in report automation, data workflows, and system enhancements.

• Growing knowledge of profitability concepts and funds transfer pricing.

• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning applications within the finance sector.

• Familiarity with financial platforms such as OFSAA or BI tools is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at various levels.

• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical abilities, along with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
