Slovak to English OPI/VRI Interpretation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls professionally, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Be prepared to take notes during calls.

• Accurately convey messages without adding or omitting any information.

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout interpreting sessions.

• Facilitate communication between clients and those with limited English proficiency.

• Engage in internal professional training and achieve relevant certifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Slovak and English languages.

• Skilled in Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI).

• Understanding of video remote interpreting (VRI).

• Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology.

• Meet the technical requirements for a home office setup, including specified network and hardware needs.
