This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Conducting investigations to mitigate and prevent financial losses within the organization
• Engaging in skip tracing and implementing targeted calling initiatives
• Identifying trends related to initial payment defaults and communicating findings
• Making outbound calls from designated calling queues to address customer account issues
• Supporting the handling of overflow calls from the appropriate ring group
• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required
• Experience in the financial sector is preferred
• Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
• Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
