Senior Events Manager, Strategic Accounts

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of both virtual and in-person customer events, hacking challenges, and community initiatives that align with the security objectives of Strategic Accounts and the business goals of HackerOne.

• Embrace an AI First approach by utilizing AI-driven tools and automation to enhance event planning, communication, reporting, operational processes, and program scalability, all while boosting quality and efficiency.

• Exhibit Change Agility by proactively adjusting event strategies, priorities, and execution plans in response to shifting customer needs, business objectives, and community feedback, ensuring outstanding participant experiences are maintained.

• Utilize Data-Driven Decision Making to set success metrics, analyze participation and customer outcomes, create reporting dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that enhance future programs and fortify customer relationships.

• Apply First Principles Problem Solving to uncover root causes of operational challenges, streamline processes, eliminate unnecessary complexities, and design scalable solutions that enhance event execution and stakeholder experiences.

• Act as the main point of contact between HackerOne, Strategic Accounts, and internal stakeholders to synchronize event objectives, manage expectations, and guarantee successful delivery of customer outcomes.

• Collaborate across functions with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Community, and Operations teams to boost customer engagement, researcher participation, program adoption, and long-term customer value.

• Oversee event budgets, vendors, logistics, and post-event evaluations while pinpointing opportunities for operational enhancements, cost efficiencies, and greater program impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, program management, customer programs, or a related field within technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or a similarly intricate environment.

• Proven experience leading complex virtual and in-person events that involve multiple stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and competing priorities.

• Proficient in using data, metrics, and reporting to assess outcomes, influence decisions, and drive continuous improvement.

• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including experience in presenting recommendations, results, and insights to senior leaders and external partners.
