This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct collection calls, emails, or text messages for delinquent accounts as assigned by management.
• Handle incoming customer calls related to collections and redemptions.
• Maintain comprehensive and clear notes.
• Set up and process one-time payments efficiently.
• Prepare delinquent accounts for the post-repossession process.
• Communicate promptly and systematically with clients by sending out notices.
• Review accounts referred for repossession and legal action against debtors.
• Provide written and verbal instructions as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to Collection Standard of Conduct policies.
• Execute various administrative tasks.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
• Over one year of experience in collections within a call center setting.
• Experience in auto collections is preferred.
• Previous experience in collections, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity.
