• Overseeing portfolio health and business performance by managing sales, revenue, margins, pricing, lifecycle activities, and supply-demand dynamics, while achieving financial and business objectives.
• Spearheading regional marketing initiatives and new product launches in collaboration with global and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitating sales success and channel engagement through the creation of product marketing materials, sales aids, training resources, and continuous collaboration with field sales, strategic account managers, and channel partners.
• Directing pricing strategy and portfolio governance by taking ownership of regional price corridor recommendations, supporting GPO bids, guiding SKU and product data management, and ensuring competitive positioning and brand consistency.
• Recognizing and capitalizing on growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to deliver segment-specific solutions that enhance market share and account penetration.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management within a private, public, government, or military environment OR High school/GED AND nine (9) years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management within a private, public, government, or military environment.
• MBA degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the wound care market, especially in compression and skin care within acute and post-acute care settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in managing projects with cross-functional teams.
• Independent and strategic thinker capable of making sound business decisions.
