• Overseeing portfolio health and business performance by managing sales, revenue, margins, pricing, lifecycle activities, and supply-demand dynamics.
• Spearheading regional marketing initiatives and new product launches in collaboration with global and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitating sales success and channel engagement through the development of product marketing tools, sales aids, training materials, and ongoing collaboration with field sales, strategic account managers, and channel partners.
• Managing pricing strategies and portfolio governance by taking ownership of regional price corridor recommendations.
• Identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher along with five (5) years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management in a private, public, government, or military environment OR a High school/GED along with nine (9) years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management in a private, public, government, or military setting.
• An MBA degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• A strong understanding of the wound care market, especially in compression and skin care within acute and post-acute care environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in managing projects with cross-functional teams.
• An independent and strategic thinker capable of making sound business decisions.
