Site Technology Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• The Site Technology Implementation team is tasked with overseeing the deployment, installation, and configuration of technological solutions at various company locations, which includes new sites, relocations, expansions, and upgrade initiatives.

• This position operates under the guidance of the Manager of Site Technology and Implementation and acts as the main technical resource to ensure that site technology is properly installed, tested, and ready for operational use.

• The individual in this role collaborates closely with infrastructure teams, vendors, facilities, and local site leadership to guarantee that all technology components are delivered correctly, on schedule, and in accordance with company standards.

• This role demands a blend of robust technical expertise, field coordination, and meticulous execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, desktop support, or roles involving hands-on technology deployment.

• Experience in supporting multi-site environments, office openings, or infrastructure rollouts is preferred.

• Familiarity with construction, facilities coordination, or field service settings is an advantage.

• Experience with site technology implementations in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated settings.

• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, A+, or similar are preferred.

• Proficiency with tools like ServiceNow, Intune, SCCM, or other comparable deployment and management platforms.

• Knowledge of low-voltage systems, security systems, or building technology integrations is beneficial.
