Site Supervisor Mechanical – Site Supervisor Mechanic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and coordinating installation operations at construction sites both nationally and internationally.

• Managing installation teams, subcontractors, and external/vendor trades.

• Mechanical assembly, installation, and pre-commissioning of conveyor technology and stacker cranes (automated storage and retrieval systems).

• Liaising with internal specialist departments and project teams.

• Monitoring, documenting, and ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and safety standards.

• Dismantling and removal of third-party equipment during refurbishment projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical training (e.g., industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician), preferably with a master craftsman qualification (Meister) or equivalent.

• Several years of experience in the assembly of conveyor systems and/or stacker cranes.

• Strong willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.

• Independent, structured, and results-driven working style with a proactive hands-on approach.

• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with subcontractors.

• Proficient user of MS Office and ERP systems.

• Good command of the English language.

• Driving license Category B (car).
