Site Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily onsite evaluations of all trades, focusing on: Quality Control, proper implementation of plans, daily and weekly schedules, ethics, and safety management of the job site and subcontractors.

• Organize and oversee City Inspections as required.

• Convey issues or inquiries from the site to the Project Manager.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractor work to prevent unauthorized changes.

• Ensure the project stays on track with its daily and weekly scheduling objectives, while identifying and reporting concerns regarding staffing, subcontractors, and vendors to the Project Manager.

• Proven experience in high-end residential projects.

• Familiarity with modern and clean contemporary design styles.

• A keen understanding of details, methods, and techniques pertinent to this type of project.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors on a daily basis.

• Capability to work independently.
