Site Superintendent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily operations at construction sites.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and labor personnel.

• Track work progress and ensure quality standards are met.

• Enforce compliance with safety regulations rigorously.

• Keep precise records of project advancement.

• Serve as a communication link between project managers, clients, and subcontractors.

• Identify issues and provide solutions during the construction process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Superintendent or in a comparable role within commercial construction projects.

• Strong capability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.

• Experience in conducting constructability analysis.

• High urgency and adaptability to changing conditions.

• Comprehensive knowledge of construction practices, equipment, and safety protocols.

• Excellent leadership and management abilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficient in computer applications, including familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore).

• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.

• Must possess a valid passport.
