This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Project Oversight: Manage the daily activities at construction sites, ensuring compliance with plans, schedules, and safety regulations.
• Team Coordination: Direct and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other construction personnel, providing direction and support to facilitate efficient operations.
• Quality Assurance: Track work progress and quality, perform regular inspections, and address any deviations from the plans to uphold high construction standards.
• Uphold the Re-Image brand standards and ensure project completion meets client expectations.
• Safety Enforcement: Implement strict adherence to safety rules, protocols, and company policies to guarantee a secure working environment for all on-site personnel.
• Documentation: Keep precise and timely records of project developments, including daily reports, work logs, and incident reports.
• Communication Facilitation: Serve as a point of contact among project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and swiftly resolving any project-related issues.
• Conflict Resolution: Identify and address challenges that may occur during construction, such as unforeseen delays, disputes, or technical difficulties, while maintaining project timelines.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Demonstrated experience as a Site Superintendent or in a comparable role within commercial construction projects.
• Strong capability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications, ensuring accurate execution and compliance with design and scope requirements.
• Experience in constructability assessment, recognizing potential issues early and offering clear guidance to trades.
• Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency and adaptability to manage fast-paced project deadlines.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Robust leadership and management capabilities with the skill to effectively lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-changing work environment.
• Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore).
• Relevant certifications or licenses are beneficial.
• Must possess a valid passport.
