This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at our company, your primary goal will be to guarantee the highest levels of availability and performance for our systems and digital platforms, all within a dynamic environment characterized by innovation and impact.
• You will work closely with development and operations teams to automate processes, monitor systems, and effectively respond to incidents in order to sustain and enhance system stability.
• Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to ensure they are highly available and scalable.
• You will automate deployment processes, monitoring systems, and incident recovery methods.
• Collaborating with development teams, you will integrate reliability practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• You will monitor system performance and act swiftly to address critical incidents.
• Your role will involve creating and maintaining dashboards, alerts, and real-time monitoring tools.
• You will document procedures and establish best practices for reliability and security.
• Additionally, you will engage in capacity planning and risk management.
• Demonstrated experience in SRE, DevOps, or environments focused on high availability.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code methodologies (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Ability to effectively and quickly resolve critical incidents.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Remote-friendly work environment (While we prefer to see each other at least once a month, residing in Barcelona is preferred).
