• Deploy, oversee, and enhance distributed platforms across various geographic regions.
• Design and uphold Kubernetes-based infrastructure tailored for large-scale applications.
• Develop and manage Helm charts to facilitate efficient and repeatable deployments.
• Monitor system performance utilizing Grafana dashboards and metrics; proactively identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability through automation and industry best practices.
• Manage large-scale deployments and optimize infrastructure to support growth.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless CI/CD processes and production readiness.
• Establish observability, alerting, and incident response protocols.
• Diagnose production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain run books for effective incident response.
• 4–5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related positions.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes in production settings.
• Demonstrated expertise with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Git, etc.).
• Familiarity with AWS services (EKS, VPC, S3, ECR, IAM roles, etc.).
• Strong background with Helm charts for application deployment.
• Proficient in Bash scripting and automation tools.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and high-availability architectures.
• Deep understanding of containerization, microservices, and cloud-native environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation technologies.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities in production environments.
