📋 Description

• Automate and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure swift and predictable quality transitions from commit to production.

• Minimize bottlenecks, boost deployment reliability, and advocate for safe rollout practices such as flags, canaries, and staged deployments.

• Fortify container orchestration to facilitate smooth scaling during load surges and fluctuating traffic patterns.

• Advance our deployment architecture to support multi-region growth, zero-downtime deployments, and increased throughput capabilities.

• Enhance monitoring, dashboards, and alert systems to identify issues early and minimize disruptions for end users.

• Analyze latency, queue behaviors, or service degradation through logs, traces, and metrics, ensuring a consistently fast user experience.

• Strengthen infrastructure-level security and data protection across all environments.

• Ensure system configurations, permissions, and data flows adhere to best-practice security standards.

• Refine internal tools to enable engineers to debug more efficiently, experiment safely, and sustain development momentum.

• Document architectural decisions and operational trade-offs to provide clarity for future engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of practical experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering (startup experience is highly preferred).

• Proven success in enhancing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, or observability systems.

• Ability to transform vague operational challenges into scalable, well-documented solutions.

• Strong technical communication skills—clear, concise, and capable of conveying trade-offs to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
