This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Take ownership of reliability within an Azure-based cloud platform.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance root cause analysis, intelligent alerting, automated runbooks, and predictive scaling.

• Conduct in-depth investigations of production issues and develop lasting automation solutions.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver and manage resilient services at scale.

• Participate in the on-call rotation.

• Extensive experience with Azure while managing production workloads.

• Proficient in writing automation scripts as opposed to merely reading them.

• A reliability-first attitude, focused on understanding the reasons behind failures, not just resolving them.

• Familiarity with AI tools in an operations or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) context (including personal projects).

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines.

• Experience with SQL Server or Postgres in a production environment.

• Understanding of Windows/IIS, which is a part of our overall environment.
