This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, implement, and manage a standardized CI/CD framework that supports all environments (Dev, QA, PartnerLab, Staging, and Production), incorporating defined promotion workflows, enforced quality gates, artifact immutability, and consistency across AWS and on-premises systems.
• Execute progressive delivery strategies, including feature flags, canary deployments, and blue-green rollouts, ensuring automated rollback capabilities and complete release traceability from commit to production.
• Integrate automated testing (unit, integration, regression, security, and performance) into CI/CD pipelines, enforcing quality gates at each promotion stage and supporting manual validation workflows with controlled access and observability.
• Automate database schema versioning, migrations, rollbacks, and validation, including lower-environment refresh pipelines that utilize data masking and PII anonymization for all non-production environments.
• Establish and enforce observability standards across logs, metrics, and traces, featuring service health dashboards, alerts, and deployment health signals that are integral to release decisions and incident response workflows.
• Incorporate security scanning, secrets management, least-privilege IAM, credential rotation, and artifact integrity verification into pipelines, ensuring compliance with enterprise change management and audit requirements.
• Proven experience with AWS (mandatory): ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch, as well as hybrid infrastructure involving on-premises VMs, bare-metal environments, internal networking platforms, and Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Proficiency with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD orchestration across hybrid AWS and on-premises environments, including artifact versioning and promotion strategies.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS and on-premises), Helm, and automated testing frameworks that encompass unit, integration, regression, and performance tests, in addition to static and dynamic analysis tools and feature flag management platforms.
• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server (mandatory), schema migration tools, data masking, and anonymization techniques.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, ELK, and SLO-driven alerting tools like Uptrends and PagerDuty.
• Familiarity with secrets management tools like HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager, secure pipeline design, and compliance-ready audit workflows.
• Flexible working hours and the option for remote work.
• Opportunities for professional growth and development.
• A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• The opportunity to work on impactful projects with a talented team.
• Competitive compensation in USD.
• Hardware and software setup provided.
