Site Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Fulfill lot fit requests efficiently.

• Execute site plan redraws as directed.

• Create preliminary site plans from surveys or plats using AutoCAD.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of current Perry Homes design standards, regulations, and community guidelines relevant to lot fits and redraws.

• Occasionally required to complete projects on very short notice under tight deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an Associate’s degree in Computer Drafting or Design is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in fundamental drafting methods, along with a comprehension of symbols and drawing techniques using AutoCAD is necessary.

• Basic understanding of Architectural Language related to residential construction is required.

• Proven computer proficiency, including familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Capability to interpret blueprints, surveys, and Metes & Bounds descriptions.

• Experience in civil drafting is preferred.
