Site Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Lead the project management, process enhancement, and global expansion of the ASN by identifying, reaching out to, collaborating with, and onboarding clinical sites, with an emphasis on improving clinical trial execution.

• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators to measure the success of ASN.

• Discover innovative approaches to address current and emerging patient recruitment challenges and enhance service delivery to sites within the ASN.

• Oversee the identification, outreach, recruitment, and onboarding of high-quality, high-performing clinical sites.

• Cultivate strong relationships with priority sites and partners through both virtual and in-person meetings, as well as by attending conferences.

• Provide and maintain accurate, real-time analytics regarding ASN sites.

• Create processes and workflows that support the scalability and growth of the ASN platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-9 years of relevant experience in the clinical research field (CRO, sponsor, SMO, or investigative site) and at least an honour's Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline).

• Proven experience in developing and managing relationships with investigative sites, principal investigators, and site staff.

• Strong comprehension of the clinical trial lifecycle, including site feasibility, study initiation, patient recruitment, and ICH-GCP/regulatory standards.

• Exceptional relationship management, communication, and influencing abilities, with the capacity to engage investigators, site personnel, and cross-functional stakeholders effectively.

• Proficiency in utilizing data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, enhance site partnerships, and optimize study delivery.

• Experience in gastroenterology or inflammatory diseases is a plus.
