This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take responsibility for the execution of site merchandising across the homepage, category, and product pages.
• Oversee the complete on-site execution for new product launches from start to finish.
• Manage the queue for e-commerce intake.
• Develop, test, implement, and monitor promotional codes across various campaigns.
• Lead quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all site updates, launches, and feature releases.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on the deployment of new site features and functionalities.
• 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, growth operations, or site management.
• Practical experience in managing site updates within a content management system (CMS) or e-commerce platform.
• Experience in overseeing QA or UAT processes for customer-facing launches.
• Highly organized—capable of managing multiple simultaneous launches.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions with Product and Engineering teams.
