Site Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Manage the business: supervise operations across multiple sites, handle budgets, and monitor performance with clear accountability.

• Cultivate a high-performing team: establish expectations, mentor leaders, and elevate the standard of execution.

• Focus on outcomes, not just reports: convert metrics into actionable strategies that enhance uptime, compliance, and service quality.

• Lead proactively: collaborate with hospital executives to ensure preparedness for every inspection, without exception.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a clinical engineering setting or demonstrated leadership capabilities with business insights (mandatory)

• A bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (mandatory)

• Proven experience in team leadership and driving operational efficiency (mandatory)

• Skills in financial management (budgets, revenue, costs)

• Technical certifications such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE are preferred

• Experience prerequisites may be waived for graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program who have shown success.
