Site Management Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist in the oversight of clinical trial sites by supporting site monitoring activities.

• Ensure adherence to study protocols and uphold high operational efficiency standards.

• Aid in the monitoring of clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with study protocols, regulatory mandates, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Support site management tasks, which include preparing documentation, entering data, and tracking performance metrics of the site.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and effectively resolve site-related challenges.

• Keep precise records of site activities and assist in the compilation of monitoring reports.

• Engage in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills in clinical trial management.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.

• Experience at the global study operational level in clinical research and site management.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively within a team setting.

• Proficient English language skills.
