Site Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Act as an efficient communication link between study sites, third-party vendors, and the sponsor.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with essential stakeholders at clinical trial locations.

• Track site performance metrics and routinely update study teams regarding site engagement activities and results.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute site engagement strategies customized to meet the unique needs of each study and site.

• Identify opportunities to enhance site engagement and optimize site performance through consistent communication and feedback mechanisms.

• Offer support and guidance to site personnel concerning study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in clinical research with a solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice.

• Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel (approximately 50%).

• Proficiency in English and the necessary language for day-to-day business operations.

• Therapeutic expertise and familiarity with the clinical research landscape.

• Strong self-management and organizational abilities.
