Site Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Provide technical sales support by assisting in customer dialogues, analyzing customer needs, and translating them into actionable, tailored solutions.

• Conduct feasibility studies and develop technical documentation, feasibility assessments, risk and dependency analyses, as well as cost estimates and decision-making materials.

• Lead, coordinate, and monitor projects, activities, timelines, deliveries, deviations, and financial aspects.

• Coordinate internal functions, customers, suppliers, and external contractors.

• Ensure that contractors' work adheres to requirements, technical specifications, agreements, safety protocols, and quality standards.

• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure that the right individuals are involved at the right time and drive the work forward.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in technical sales support, feasibility studies, customer-specific technical solutions, technical installations, infrastructure projects, or related fields.

• Strong ability to create technical documentation and decision-making materials.

• Capacity to contribute to cost estimates and assess technical, economic, and practical feasibility conditions.

• Experience in project management, including planning, coordination, monitoring, contractor management, deviation handling, and progress tracking.

• Knowledge of contracting and implementation models, including Bas-P, BAS-U, ABT, and AB 04.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Solution-oriented and business-minded approach.

• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Approved security clearance is required for employment.
