This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in the daily operations of the site throughout the build, live, and dismantle phases.
• Manage site access, including inductions and sign-in/sign-out processes.
• Aid in planning and monitoring daily tasks and workforce.
• Contribute to the delivery of Daily Activity Briefings (DABs).
• Serve as a primary contact for site inquiries, logistics, and coordination efforts.
• Oversee site cleanliness and overall orderliness.
• Support the coordination of equipment, materials, and deliveries.
• Relay programme updates or limitations to the appropriate teams.
• Assist the Health & Safety Manager with site documentation, controls, and compliance measures.
• Maintain records related to site attendance, inductions, and permits.
• Promptly escalate any issues, risks, or delays to Site/Project Management.
• Ensure that all personnel adhere to site regulations, inductions, and PPE requirements.
• Help reinforce safe work systems and site standards.
• Monitor work areas for congestion, access challenges, or unsafe conditions.
• Assist in managing exclusion zones and the segregation of work activities.
• Ensure that emergency procedures and muster points are clearly communicated.
• Promote a positive and proactive safety culture on site.
• Intervene and report any identified unsafe acts or conditions.
• Prior experience in a site-based coordination, supervision, or logistics role.
• Experience in construction, temporary works, or event overlay sites is preferred.
• Solid understanding of site operations and workflows.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Capability to maintain composure under pressure in dynamic environments.
• Confidence in working with multiple teams and contractors.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to construction/event sites.
• Dependable, punctual, and maintains professionalism at all times.
• Ideally located within the Glasgow area.
• Strict no-tolerance policy for unsafe behavior.
• Strict no-tolerance policy for drug or alcohol use.
• Strict no-tolerance policy for the misuse of tools, equipment, or machinery.
