
Site Contracts Specialist – Clinical Trials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversees all contract management activities, which include coordinating with relevant protocols, informed consent, and managing institution, investigator, vendor, consultant, and customer agreement documents at the project level.
• May lead multi-country projects (under supervision), which involves negotiating and drafting contracts, budgets, and associated documents for participation in industry-sponsored clinical trials.
• Assists SSUL in reaching an agreement on the country template contract and budget.
• Generates site-specific contracts based on the country template.
• Offers assistance in submissions for the proposed contract and budget for the site.
• Aids in negotiating the budget and contract with the site through the Site Contracts Service Centre and SSUL with the Sponsor until all issues are resolved.
• Conducts quality control and coordinates the execution of CTAs, along with archiving documents into repositories and capturing metadata.
• Evaluates contracts for completeness and accuracy, ensuring that any necessary corrections are made and properly documented.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive experience in contract management.
• Essential experience in a contract research organization or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of the clinical development process as well as legal and contracting parameters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent grasp of the clinical trial process across Phases II-IV and ICH GCP.
• Solid understanding of clinical protocols and their associated study specifications.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial start-up processes.
• Experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.
• Good skills in vendor management.
• Strong organizational abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple projects.
