Site Contract Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leading the negotiations for site agreements and budgets to ensure they align with the site activation strategy.

• Tailoring and preparing agreements specific to the country and site, along with organizing their translations.

• Monitoring the progress of site agreement and budget negotiations.

• Creating executable versions of site agreements and budgets while overseeing the signature process.

• Archiving executed site agreements in the Trial Master File.

• Keeping all relevant functions informed about the site contracting procedure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college or university degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in the clinical research field.

• Prior experience in negotiating site budgets.

• Familiarity with legal documents pertaining to clinical trial sites and medical terminology is advantageous.
