Site Contract Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare and negotiate contracts and budgets.

• Conclude the contract process.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with sites and internal functional teams.

• Ensure quality, objectivity, and risk assessment in contract delivery.

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements with study sites.

• Negotiate investigator grant budgets and contractual terms.

• Ensure adherence to negotiation parameters and client expectations.

• Provide recommendations for contract negotiations and resolve any blocking issues.

• Collaborate with internal functional departments to synchronize site startup activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• Ability to apply principles of investigator grant negotiation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.

• Capacity to work independently or as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
