Site Contract Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish initial site contact and conduct follow-ups as needed to finalize study confidentiality agreements (CDA) and clinical trial agreements (CTA) drafts.

• Manage contract language in accordance with approved sponsor guidelines and collaborate with legal counsel on contract modifications and negotiations.

• Coordinate the completion and execution of CDA and CTA documents.

• Participate in both internal and external project team meetings, providing updates on the progress of CDA and CTA.

• Organize contract files along with internal and external CDA and CTA tracking documentation.

• Refresh CTA status within the internal study start-up module for the studies assigned.

• Support contract preparation, review, modification, execution, and archiving processes.

• Inform relevant parties about essential terms, such as expiration dates, renewal conditions, and compliance responsibilities.

• Assist in the preparation, review, negotiation, execution, and filing of CDA documents.

• Keep track of CDA documentation and ensure proper archiving.

• Handle new consultant paperwork and maintain related files.

⛳️ Requirements

• Paralegal certification or an Associate’s degree is required.

• Minimum of two years' experience in a professional administrative or business capacity.

• Experience in or with a pharmaceutical company or a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) is preferred.

• Fundamental understanding of medical and pharmaceutical terminology is preferred.
