Site Contract Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the negotiation, finalization, and execution of various site contracts necessary for site activation, including budget discussions.

• Manage the negotiation, finalization, and implementation of amendments to original contracts after site activation.

• Ensure that the final documents uphold the highest quality standards and comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including ICH – GCP.

• Guarantee that contracts address the needs of both clients and clinical trial sites, safeguarding the best interests of clients and the organization while fostering positive relationships with clinical trial sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in supporting clinical research site contracts or in a related field.

• Proven experience in negotiating, reviewing, and managing legal, commercial, or clinical trial-related agreements.

• Familiarity with contract language, budgets, and financial terms.

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret legal language and budgetary information.

• Excellent skills in negotiation, organization, interpersonal relations, and communication.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• A university degree in a relevant field; candidates with a degree in Law are particularly relevant.

• Conversational Portuguese is advantageous but not essential.
