Site Care Partner – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with essential stakeholders at clinical trial sites, such as principal investigators, site coordinators, and research personnel.

• Offer support and guidance to site personnel regarding study protocols, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Detect opportunities to enhance site engagement and optimize performance through ongoing communication and feedback mechanisms.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to create and execute site engagement strategies customized for each study and site.

• Track site performance metrics and deliver regular updates to study teams concerning site engagement activities and results.

• Participate in clinical research activities, taking ownership of deliverables and collaborating effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a similar field is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to establish rapport and develop effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously.

• Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements pertaining to clinical trials.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
