Site Care Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Cultivate relationships with clinical trial sites to enhance engagement and support the development of innovative treatments and therapies.

• Participate in clinical research initiatives, taking charge of deliverables and collaborating effectively with the team.

• Establish and sustain robust relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research personnel.

• Offer assistance and direction to site staff regarding study protocols, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Spot opportunities to enhance site engagement and optimize performance through ongoing communication and feedback loops.

• Work together with internal teams to create and execute engagement strategies tailored to each study and site.

• Track site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams about engagement activities and results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in clinical research, site management, or a similar field is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to foster rapport and establish effective working relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for prioritizing and managing multiple tasks concurrently.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards for clinical trials.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).
