Site Care Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with essential stakeholders at clinical trial sites, encompassing principal investigators, site coordinators, and research personnel.

• Offer assistance and direction to site staff regarding study protocols, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance site engagement and maximize site performance through consistent communication and feedback systems.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams to create and execute site engagement strategies customized for each study and site.

• Track site performance metrics and provide routine updates to study teams concerning site engagement activities and results.

• Participate in clinical research initiatives and take ownership of deliverables while collaborating effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in clinical research, site management, or a related area is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport and establishing effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards for clinical trials.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
