This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• The Site Care Partner (SCP) represents the client and is responsible for ensuring that sites receive the essential support and engagement, issues are addressed, and the client’s reputation is maintained throughout the study lifecycle.
• The SCP I serves as the primary client liaison for investigative sites, accountable for site startup activities leading to activation; responsible for building and sustaining relationships with investigator sites and offering support from site recommendation through the entire study lifecycle; accountable for site-level recruitment and operational success, and ensuring the quality and safety of patients at the investigator site.
• The SCP I plays a role in country and site selection by actively collaborating with key stakeholders and providing local insights for country outreach surveys, investigator strategies, and client pipeline opportunities under supervision.
• Responsible for formulating strategies and approaches regarding Investigational Product (IP) and ancillary supplies for sites and country requirements throughout the study lifecycle.
• Oversees enrollment support and ensures progress by addressing recruitment challenges faced by investigators.
• Maintains consistent communication with investigator sites to collect status updates and drive progress towards study objectives.
• A Bachelor’s degree or Registered Nurse in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (approximately 5 years of experience is estimated).
• Proven experience in site management with prior experience as a site monitor.
• Demonstrated experience in startup activities through to site activation.
• Proven experience in conduct and closeout activities.
• Solid understanding of quality and regulatory requirements in relevant countries.
• Must exhibit strong computer skills and be adaptable to new technologies.
• Proficiency in the local language is preferred.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Willingness to manage necessary travel of up to 75% regularly.
