Site Care Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with essential stakeholders at clinical trial locations, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research personnel.

• Offering support and expert advice to site personnel regarding study protocols, procedures, and regulatory obligations, ensuring adherence and successful study execution.

• Recognizing opportunities to enhance site engagement and optimize site performance through consistent communication and feedback mechanisms.

• Partnering with internal teams to devise and execute site engagement strategies tailored to the unique requirements of each study and site.

• Tracking site performance metrics and providing regular reports to study teams on site engagement initiatives and results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in clinical research, site management, or a related area is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to cultivate rapport and build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards for clinical trials.
