This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Responsible for leading and managing customer-focused Site Start-Up (SSU) deliverables within a specific country, region, or globally for assigned projects.
β’ Oversees the technical and operational components of SSU deliverables associated with the projects in charge.
β’ Ensures the timely, budget-compliant delivery of activation-ready study sites while adhering to all relevant regulations.
β’ Manages all Site Start-Up activities, from site selection and recommendations to site-activation readiness, including all maintenance tasks throughout the study's lifecycle.
β’ Creates SSU timelines as necessary and communicates progress, including strategies to tackle potential risks or gaps, to the project team, Project Manager (PM), SSU Management, and Project Sponsor.
β’ Works collaboratively with key functional areas such as Business Development, Alliance Management, Contracts and Proposals Development, SSU Country Managers, Project Management, Clinical, Data Management, and Medical Writing.
β’ Guarantees that all project deliverables align with both internal and customer expectations as detailed in contracts, while providing precise projections, reports, updates, and continuous risk identification, mitigation, and management.
β’ Cultivates and maintains relationships with customers in relation to their assigned projects.
β’ Bachelor's Degree; a Higher Degree is preferred.
β’ Profound understanding of the clinical trial process across Phases II-IV and ICH GCP.
β’ Solid comprehension of clinical protocols and related study specifications.
β’ Excellent knowledge of clinical trial start-up processes.
β’ Experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.
β’ Competent vendor management skills.
β’ Strong organizational abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
β’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Committed to quality in all managed activities.
β’ Proficient negotiating skills.
β’ Strong problem-solving capabilities.
