This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Oversee and direct the strategic, operational, and financial execution of Site Activation initiatives for designated studies and regions.
• Provide strategic guidance and project management for global or multi-regional Site Activation efforts.
• Drive start-up processes (from pre-award to activation) and lifecycle maintenance while adhering to ICH-GCP standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.
• Create and implement the Site Activation Management Plan in alignment with the study strategy and scope of work.
• Collaborate with internal teams, regional offices, and external parties to ensure effective execution of study start-up activities.
• Supervise regulatory submissions, approvals, contracts, and the management of essential documentation.
• Evaluate regulatory environments and contribute to regulatory intelligence and strategy.
• Identify potential risks and suggest practical solutions to facilitate study delivery and bidding processes.
• Ensure precise tracking, reporting, and maintenance of project systems, timelines, and documentation.
• Assist in business development efforts, including bid defense and client engagement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide team members while participating in continuous improvement efforts.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships and engage in customer-facing activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical research, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated international project experience across various regions.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead through others while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
