This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Lead the design and administration of Siebel architecture across B2C, B2B, and Loyalty instances.

• Conduct system health evaluations, performance enhancements, and configuration reviews to maintain optimal uptime.

• Supervise the migration of the Siebel application to C3, ensuring smooth integration with the ExaCC database.

• Manage the Siebel server infrastructure, including installation, upgrades, patching, clustering, and load balancing.

• Enforce security measures, user management, and access policies in accordance with compliance standards.

• Collaborate with Database Administrators, middleware, and infrastructure teams to enhance overall system performance.

• Provide in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis for intricate incidents.

• Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures for knowledge transfer and readiness for audits.

• Offer guidance to stakeholders on best practices, scalability options, and alignment of the roadmap for the Siebel ecosystem.

• Over 10 years of experience in Siebel administration and architecture.

• Core expertise in Siebel Architecture and Administration.

• Skills in Performance Tuning and Configuration.

• Experience with Migration and Upgrade Projects (ExaCC, C3).

• Proficiency in Security and Compliance Management.

• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

• Understanding of Telco domain processes.

• Knowledge of integration frameworks (OIC, APIs).
