📋 Description

• Create, evaluate, and enhance short-form serialized drama scripts.

• Engage actively with AI writing tools to generate, evolve, and refine story concepts and scripts.

• Assess AI-generated material and offer structured creative feedback to enhance script quality and the associated tools.

• Utilize audience insights and paid acquisition data to discern patterns and apply findings to future scripts and narrative development.

• Assist in establishing a repeatable script development workflow from concept and initial draft through review, iteration, and production handoff.

• Incorporate practical production experience into the writing process to ensure scripts are realistic, scalable, and appropriate for short-form production.

• Investigate ways in which AI can enhance the script development process without sacrificing creative integrity.

• Collaborate closely with creative, production, and user acquisition teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant professional experience in writing or developing short-form serialized drama.

• Background in a short-drama streaming platform, production studio, or studio creating content for short-drama platforms.

• Deep understanding of mobile-first storytelling, covering elements such as hooks, pacing, emotional escalation, cliffhangers, and episodic structure.

• Familiarity with the production process.

• Experience in high-volume content settings with the ability to iterate swiftly.

• Knowledge of essential content and performance metrics, as well as how writing choices affect audience behavior and content performance.

• Comfort in utilizing performance data to guide creative decisions.

• Experience in collaborating with production, creative, and/or user acquisition teams.

• Interest in AI-assisted content production and readiness to rethink conventional writing workflows.

• Prior experience managing writers, working with outsourced or freelance writing teams, developing editorial processes, or linking paid acquisition performance with series development is beneficial but not mandatory for every candidate.
