This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead and contribute to proposals, responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other related documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales strategies for upcoming opportunities.
• Conduct internal kickoff meetings with contributors involved in proposal development.
• Draft proposals and expedite requests for expert content from senior leaders.
• Oversee proposal development timelines and internal deadlines across various departments.
• Research necessary information for RFIs and RFPs.
• Create and revise client-ready proposals and related documents in line with requirements and proposal standards.
• Coordinate with Business Development and Operations teams to design proposals and refine contributed text.
• Maintain departmental tracking and update Salesforce as needed.
• Communicate project progress and escalate potential issues to department directors and senior management.
• Identify and repurpose high-value content, proof points, case studies, and capabilities for future proposals.
• Proven ability to grasp complex concepts and apply them to specific tasks or functions.
• Self-motivated individual who seeks solutions and self-educates when knowledge gaps exist.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical development and commercialization processes.
• Prior experience in a related industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and deadline management abilities.
• Excellent writing, editing, and synthesis skills.
• Capability to transform input from various stakeholders into clear, consistent, client-ready content.
• Strong content management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to maintain reusable content libraries and identify opportunities for content reuse.
• Skill in recognizing high-value content, proof points, case studies, and capabilities for repurposing.
• Solid project management abilities, capable of managing multiple contributors, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Experience with content management systems, proposal automation tools, knowledge libraries, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• One year of experience in pharmaceutical development or commercialization is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
