• Oversee the creation and production of in-store POS materials, including displays, shelf talkers, signage, and coupon pads.
• Collaborate with sales teams to guarantee impeccable in-store execution at major retail accounts, complete with comprehensive tracking and reporting.
• Implement digital campaigns for retailers across various platforms such as Walmart Connect, Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, and Instacart, focusing on strategy, trafficking, and performance assessment.
• Manage and enhance retailer.com content, including product pages, images, A+ content, and ratings & reviews to optimize digital shelf visibility.
• Create and distribute sell-in decks, one-pagers, and comprehensive campaign calendars to keep internal sales teams and broker partners well-informed and prepared.
• Gather and present campaign performance summaries and key insights to internal stakeholders and external partners in a clear and actionable format.
• Assist in brand campaign planning by coordinating timelines, consolidating contributions, and ensuring alignment across functions with the broader marketing team.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in shopper marketing, brand marketing, or a related field, preferably within CPG or food & beverage sectors.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capability to handle multiple priorities at the same time.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including advanced proficiency in deck creation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
• Basic understanding of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a tendency to take initiative.
• Familiarity with digital retail media, sponsored search, or e-commerce content management.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of data platforms such as IRI/Nielsen/SPINS.
• Strong familiarity with AI systems for tasks such as deck creation and calendar management.
