This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Shopify Plus website builds and redesigns, from initiation to launch.
• Conduct weekly client meetings, manage expectations, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Convert client objectives into detailed project plans, sprint priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with internal designers, developers, QA, and email teams across various time zones.
• Keep scope documentation organized — identify and escalate any deviations before they escalate into issues.
• Monitor velocity, obstacles, and deliverables using project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Handle 3–5 active projects at once while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• 2–4 years of project management experience in a digital or web agency setting — not in-house or solely freelance.
• Practical experience in managing Shopify Plus builds — familiarity with themes, custom development workflows, app integrations, and launch quality assurance.
• Experience in direct client communication — capable of running calls, delivering difficult news, and professionally managing scope pushback.
• Strong grasp of eCommerce and direct-to-consumer brand operations — knowledgeable about what constitutes a high-converting product detail page and the significance of average order value.
• Proficiency in project management tools: ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Slack (daily usage, not just familiarity).
• Ability to work remotely and asynchronously across US time zones.
